Consultants Reflecting on their Work: Critical Discourse Analysis of Reflective Material
Sheila Marsh
Chapter 7 in The Feminine in Management Consulting, 2009, pp 190-223 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents reflective stories gathered in pursuing my inquiry, primarily reflection by my immediate colleagues and myself, both on the pieces of work presented in Chapter 6 and on other work. This material complements the ‘live’ texts and extends my approach of exploring consulting processes from the inside, offering another route to (partial) meaning and understanding of what goes on in consulting processes.
