Martin Rasper ()
A chapter in Knowledge Loves Company, 2009, pp 185-214 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract “It isn’t so much about competition as it is about helping the participants develop their strengths, focus their ideas.” An original approach for promoting regional development: focus on resources rather than weaknesses. The Swedish Vinnväxt program supports not disadvantaged regions but ones with special strengths. And it specifically furthers the cooperation between universities, business, and administration.
