Chapter Chapter 3 in Changing Gears, 2003, pp 49-66 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter we consider strategic/organisation level decision-making, business case analysis and cost justification. After becoming aware of what technology and innovations are available (Chapter 1), and what we need based on our scenario and technological innovation planning, analysis and selection (Chapter 2), a decision is made to adopt certain new technologies or innovations and to reject others.
