Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is the literature review, which covers the topics of reform, corporatization and strategy theories. It is divided into two main parts: sections 2.1 to 2.6 mainly deal with theoretical literature on reform and corporatization of SOEs while sections 2.7 to 2.10 discuss the key strategic management theory and network theory pertinent to large SOEs’ strategic development.
