Chapter 5 in Sustained Innovation Management, 2007, pp 210-214 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The goal of this chapter is to make a major contribution towards fulfilling the need in practice (see Chapter 1). This need represents a call from reality for management guidelines that support the practitioner in designing and implementing a strategic planning procedure for sustained innovation management in innovation-driven enterprises. Therefore, this chapter is the practical answer to the questions about how to design, direct and develop strategic planning processes, structures and methods involved in discontinuous technologies and radical innovation, in order to achieve the implementation of sustained technological innovation.
