Building Global Relationships
Christopher J. Ibbott
Chapter 6 in Global Networks, 2007, pp 150-167 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The previous chapters have presented a journey—a journey in the construction of global networks, both the supply chain for the infrastructure that allowed Vodafone to create networks, and the invisible social network that created the relationships that drove forward the transformation. What now follows is a thoughtful reflection on building these global relationships in such a way as to enhance or indeed even make possible positive outcomes when dealing with performance or transformations that focus on a global context.
