Attitude surveys
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Head & Heart Management, 2008, pp 16-18 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Are attitude surveys ever worth the money and effort? It’s a pretty big industry, so there will be a lot of people eager to sell their multiple benefits. They provide, we are told, a snapshot of company morale at a period in time. They show, apparently, the things management needs to concentrate on. They can tell if a change programme or a merger and acquisition (M&A) is working.
