Shopping habits
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Head & Heart Management, 2008, pp 175-177 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Apart from endless queues at checkouts, perhaps customers’ biggest gripes with their local supermarket happen when a clever new manager does a spot of rearranging. Pesto moves from sauces to the pasta section; and eggs that were in baking are now to be found in the dairy section.
