Chapter Chapter 5 in Leadership Landscapes, 2008, pp 67-76 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In Chapter 4, we focused on the seeing part of leadership — the ability to see opportunities and reframe realities. It can be associated with the cognitive part of leadership. When we shift our attention to the more emotionally related part of leadership, the being, we have found that at the heart of equanimity lies “commitment.”
