Chapter Chapter 9 in Leadership Landscapes, 2008, pp 137-148 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract As we reach the end of our journey with you, it is time to reflect on our endeavor together. We challenged you with two key perspectives to understand and improve leadership — your leadership. We elaborated in detail on how we see leadership landscapes and the equanimity shift. Then, we took you through several real-life moments of truth, where leadership is called for and demonstrated how our “tool base” comes to service in those moments. Lastly, we have provided you with a range of practices to ensure yourself, as well as your team, and to sharpen your leadership edges by applying specific practical practices.
