Chapter 15 in Retail Security and Loss Prevention, 2007, pp 196-209 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Every retail company, regardless of its size, should develop annual business plans. These plans serve as written road maps for those individuals expected to execute them. The loss control plan is an integral part of the overall corporate business plan and, as such, its details must be coordinated with company employees involved in its execution or affected by its impact.
