Titus Fossgard-Moser

Chapter 10 in Corporate Social Responsibility, 2006, pp 155-182 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract This paper summarises present understanding, approaches, tools and challenges in relation to the concept of social performance within the Shell Group, and provides recommendations for improved future performance. Although based on learnings from a range of Shell projects and experiences, the findings draw primarily on four detailed Social Performance Reviews undertaken between 2001 and 2003.
