Abstract: Abstract The human race seems to be in the midst of a major shift (e.g., Hawken;1 Hawkins;2 Toffler3), and part of this shift is a shift in spirituality. Part of this larger shift in spirituality is occurring in the workplace. The aim of this book is to offer some insights about this shift in the workplace as of 2007.
