Organizational culture and leadership
Keith Patching
Chapter 15 in Leadership, Character and Strategy, 2007, pp 176-205 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Organizational culture is not a tangible object you can accurately measure. It is something you experience. It is also something you can influence. In some respects, the degree to which you influence culture as opposed to simply experiencing it is a measure of your leadership effectiveness. The more you influence culture, the more you are leading.
