Conflict

Chapter 5 in Leadership, Character and Strategy, 2007, pp 66-76 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Many of the situations of leadership development I am invited to become involved in revolve around scenes of conflict. By conflict I do not mean open warfare or major hostilities. It is often low level conflict. People do not trust each other; one group does not respect another; or an individual feels completely out of place.
