Chapter 7 in Leadership, Character and Strategy, 2007, pp 94-103 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract People do not always operate within their Home Base. Some of the people I work with are at a stage of their lives where how they are behaving is not completely in line with their stated values. There are a number of reasons why this may be, and some of them will have a direct influence on their attitudes to leadership.
