Abstract:
Abstract Everyday and in every way cock-ups occur in business. Unplanned, unforeseen and certainly undesirable, they can upset staff, customers and assorted victims in a big way. Machinery breaks down, absenteeism causes staff shortages, mistakes of all sorts occur. It’s all part of growing up and being human.
