Orality at work
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Management Mumbo-Jumbo, 2006, pp 105-106 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:

Psychology students still thrill to the counter-intuitive explanations and supposedly powerful force of the unconscious. Writers and artists (but few scientists) have been profoundly influenced by the ideas of old Sigmund and his followers.
