A psychological MOT
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Management Mumbo-Jumbo, 2006, pp 119-120 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract “Rust and decay in all around I see, Oh Lord who changest not abide with me”. Indeed. Old cars, indeed all machinery breaks down. Granted, not as much as it used to. In fact we now appear to throw away perfectly functionalbut out-of-date or strangely incompatible machinery long before its natural life is over.
