Abstract: Abstract There is much that the USA can learn from South Africa about managing diversity and leading hope. Yet, I share these thoughts on the American experience in the hope that they can be used to help avoid some of the pitfalls that has made US efforts more difficult, and the national conversation unnecessarily explosive and complicated.
