Abstract:
Abstract In the face of reality and daily problems, managers use a number of tools to complete their task.We would suggest that managers apply a management system exempt from power in the first place, before getting into power struggles. This approach allows personal development, which legitimates, through quality, everyone’s position and occupation within the organization.
