Chapter 1 in The Theory of International Trade, 1999, pp 1-4 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The conceptual and analytical apparatus to be used in this study was developed in my book The Theory of Value, Capital and Interest (1995). In order to avoid repetition, the original book will be frequently referred to. For this reason the proper understanding of this study requires the reading of the original book. If the reader cannot read the whole book, he may select the absolutely necessary chapters 1–5. Nevertheless it is still necessary to repeat certain derivations to make the argument comprehensive.
