Abstract: Abstract For the last few years, seminars and colloquia have been held particularly in the developing world, regarding BOT — Build Operate Transfer projects. To a certain extent the term “BOT” holds a certain mystique. The object of this chapter is to demystify the subject to the uninitiated and to examine the status at the present date.
