Abstract:
Abstract Innovation is a multi-disciplinary group process that is supported top–down and driven bottom–up. Innovation process needs to be systematic and structured but at the same time it must give freedom to an individual’s creative imagination. Aligning innovation to the portfolio process needs an optimum portfolio governance model for coaching and decision-making.
