Abstract Excellence in execution strategy is a discipline and delivery mechanism which involves both art and science to ensure that stated benefits in the business case for an initiative are realized to improve the business’s competitive advantage. In this chapter, we will also explore the role of programme management office (PMO) and how it helps to embed a culture of execution excellence in organizations.
