Abstract:
Abstract Achieving entrepreneurial excellence has always been the fundamental aim of any organization. One of the most widely discussed contributions to the determinants of business excellence is that made by Peters and Waterman (1982) in their book, In Search of Excellence. Since then, the attributes of the concept have been reshaped in line with dramatic changes in economic, social and demographic conditions. New economic laws and social trends have arisen, and many other drivers have started to transform markets.
