Abstract: Abstract This book is predicated upon the assumption that entrepreneurship is a vital factor for economic growth and development. What its authors and contributors have focused upon is the question of what factors are conducive towards the development of entrepreneurship, and this with a historical perspective and quantitative methods when possible.
