Self-Awareness and Your Behavioral Signature
Anna Rowley
Chapter 4 in Leadership Therapy, 2007, pp 115-145 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract How well do you know yourself? And how do you know what you know? I have been on something of a crusade to improve all of my clients’ self-awareness because it significantly correlates with their ability to lead effectively.
