Conclusion

Gary Shiffman and James J. Jochum

A chapter in Economic Instruments of Security Policy, 2011, pp 203-204 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract What motivates a leader to act? When a policy maker can answer that question she can design an effective policy. Although a policy maker will never have perfect information about the incentives of another leader, one can enhance the probability of a new policy’s success by using knowledge of human nature.
