Chapter Chapter 4 in Economic Instruments of Security Policy, 2011, pp 49-75 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The model presented in part I works in theory. But does it work in practice? If we are to make progress in advancing security in the real world, we need ideas that work. In this chapter, we will test the theoretical model in great detail. The remainder of the book consists of shorter case studies. The nontechnical reader can skip the equations and still understand the model.
