Abstract Part 3 of this book has three objectives: Use real examples to learn how to anticipate and tackle some of the luxury industry’s idiosyncrasies described in the two first chapters: corporate culture, the family business system, the creative element and leadership Highlight critical people, change leadership issues: to anticipate and to prepare succession planning, to behave appropriately to fit with a very tribal corporate culture, adopt the “can do” attitude when necessary, etc. Understand how to cope with the luxury culture experience
