Introduction
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in The Engaging Manager, 2012, pp 1-22 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Back in 1972, a doctor with the very appropriate name of Comfort published a book called The Joy of Sex. It was an illustrated sex manual: a sort of updated Kama Sutra. It contained some original and classical Indian and Japanese erotica as well as a number of commissioned drawings and paintings. It also mentioned sexual practices such as bondage, oral sex and “swinging”. The message was: sex is natural, essentially enjoyable and should be fun.
