Computer pains
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in The Engaging Manager, 2012, pp 54-56 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Many consultants come with the “you have to invest to save” message. Money well-spent (that is, on them) saves in the long run: better appointments, higher productivity, less absenteeism, improved morale. Ergonomic consultants often emphasize little things such as chairs and desks, and how getting the positioning of these wrong costs thousands.
