Abstract:
Abstract Now, be honest: if you were absolutely certain no one could ever know, would you use religiousness as a “select out” criterion at work? Meaning: would religious people never make it to the final selection? Religious discrimination is, of course, illegal. But it is not that clear about religiousness discrimination. That is about amount of fervor rather than the type. Or is a zealot, a fundamentalist or an orthodox actually the same in all faiths? Is degree more important than the faith itself?
