Abstract: Abstract The CEO addresses the employees of the company: The results of Heartbeat, our new international climate survey, are in and thanks to all staff who completed it. Yes, we know there were some glitches and it took over 30 minutes to complete the 276 questions, but we are pleased to announce that we achieved a 90 percent response rate, thanks in part to the generous prizes offered by HR for those doing so on time. In fact, we have 15 Heartbeat winners who will enjoy a week in Paris for their efforts.
