Abstract:
Abstract On March 11, 2011 Japan was struck by a magnitude 9 earthquake, now known as The Great East Japan Earthquake. The Japanese media reported that nobody thought of connecting the television conferencing system in the Prime Minister’s official residence when the accompanying nuclear accident happened.1
