Abstract: Abstract A second set of differentiating factors broadly relates to social values and norms that shape and frame the organisational patterns and instruments mobilised to handle local academic affairs. What is often identified as culture plays a fundamental role in sustaining the structure and the strategic positioning of any higher education institution.
