Abstract: Abstract The overall aim of this book is to present the research carried out in the Middle East and Asia in the field of leadership, culture and gender, and hence to strengthen the development of theory and empirical research found in these regions. Through such collective efforts we hope to contribute to the body of knowledge and practice in this field.
