Chapter Chapter 4 in Creating Good Work, 2013, pp 39-52 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract UNDERSTANDING THE LEGAL STRUCTURES FACING social entrepreneurs is crucial. These are the rules that govern behavior and influence the models built to shift social disorder. By having a firm grasp of these issues, the legality of our entities can become less of a hindrance and more of the guidepost that they should be. That doesn’t imply that these rules can’t be changed when they no longer support the new models that have emerged, but to do so, we must know what we are attempting to change, then figure out a way to deliberately disrupt their design.
