Chapter Chapter 6 in Creating Good Work, 2013, pp 61-66 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Do good. Make money. Most people today consider only one path—do good or make money. Many people presume a tradeoff—the more good, the less money you can make. The more money, the less good you can foster. All of this presumes tradeoffs, rather than innovative approaches that can do both.
