Abstract:
Abstract This second case study will focus more on the organizational variables discussed in Chapter 7. We will try to show how the three variables are crucial for long-run success, and that effectiveness cannot possibly be the only one, like one of the people in the case (Robert) seems to believe (implicitly or explicitly).
