Abstract: Abstract This chapter describes the selection criteria and profiles of the interview partners selected for this research project, as well as the process of data collection. Furthermore, it provides detailed information about the participating companies, the managers that were interviewed and the methods applied in the semi-structured interview techniques. In addition, insights regarding the data analysis are discussed.
