What do you Mean by That?

Chapter 1 in Creating Enlightened Organizations, 2013, pp 3-11 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract It begins as an inner journey, a sense of unease, a sense of mystery, or a sense of calling. We may experience a sense of being a part of something larger while not being sure exactly what that is. As we listen to our inner voice or inner guidance and pay attention to the signs that the Universe seems to send us, we receive greater clarity on that which is calling us. We experience synchronicities and sometimes even small miracles. The time comes when we recognize we have learned some important things and we know that this knowledge can be useful to the world. The inner journey begins to transform into an outer journey. But the inner journey never ends.
