Spiritual Leadership Models

Judi Neal

Chapter 7 in Creating Enlightened Organizations, 2013, pp 71-84 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract There are several leadership models that are generally not taught in business schools but are widely respected in the business community. For instance, the Servant Leadership model has been around for over 30 years, but almost never shows up in traditional management or leadership texts. Yet this model is in practice in organizations as large and well-known as Walmart.
