Applying Part III to the Real World of Work
Jesse Sostrin
Chapter 15 in Re-Making Communication at Work, 2013, pp 187-189 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Re-making communication at work is open-ended. No strict process is required and there are no right ways to do it. This inherent flexibility is intentional as it matches the need to customize your response to each unique communication interaction. There are Single-Step Processes that can be used alone or in combination within the M-A-I-D sequence for a more comprehensive approach.
