Abstract: Abstract Effectively conveying new ideas to people who are naturally skeptical or “hard to reach” can be difficult. Without trying to diagnose the many forms of resistance that you may encounter as you attempt to bring the concepts of this book into your organization, this chapter includes a few tips and examples that have proven useful for me and my clients in the real world.
