Chapter Chapter 7 in The Frugal Innovator, 2014, pp 78-95 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In Campeche, in the depths of the Mexican outback, surrounded by dense jungle, the residents of a small hamlet are achieving what would have seemed to be an impossible feat only a few weeks earlier. They are replacing the wooden shacks they used to live in with 12 proper homes, designed by architects, with toilets and bathrooms, lights and water, and all built in solid brick. The bricks are the miracle ingredient.
