Abstract:
Abstract Because jurisdictions colloquially referred to as offshore centres are frequently accused of attracting more criminal capital than onshore centres, the similarities and differences between them requires some consideration. Is the criticism that offshore centres are essentially Treasure Islands controlled by modern day pirates with or without foundation?
