Managing to the Hidden Side of Work

Jesse Sostrin

Chapter Chapter 14 in Beyond the Job Description, 2013, pp 173-182 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract MANAGING IS A CHALLENGE IN any environment.
