Abstract Recession has a bleak, grey face — but with red lips. While dominating the world economic stage, Recession indulges in lipstick. Despite current bad economic news, it has been reported that seven out of ten women in Singapore are reluctant to give up using cosmetics — at least the cheaper ones, such as lipstick.
